Kinesio Tape
Elastic tapes for gentle support of muscles and joints. Proven method from professional sports for everyone.
What is Kinesio Tape?
Kinesio tape is an elastic, self-adhesive tape applied to the skin. It was developed in the 1970s by Japanese chiropractor Dr. Kenzo Kase and is now indispensable in professional sports.
Unlike conventional rigid tapes, Kinesio tape is highly elastic and adapts to the body's movements. During movement, it slightly lifts the skin, improving blood circulation and lymphatic drainage in the treated area.
The colorful tapes are waterproof and can be worn for several days - even when showering or exercising.
Mechanism of Action
- Pain Reduction: By relieving pain receptors
